If you notice a nail in your tire and the air is not leaking out then do not try to move the nail at all and drive the car slowly to a tire repair shop and have them remove the nail and patch the tire.

Do not drive too much on the tire with a nail in it because the nail could cause the air in the tire to suddenly leak out and cause a blowout at high speeds on the highway.

Drive only to the tire repair shop and get it fixed right away.

Having a nail removed from a tire and getting the tire patched should cost no more than $20.00 so don't risk a blowout that could cause you to roll the vehicle and potentially kill you.
