Aiding and Abetting a criminal can get you either 15 years of probation or even 15 years in prison depending on how severe the crime the person committed that you're aiding and abetting.
But expect at least 15 years of either probation or prison if you do aid abet a criminal.
Best thing to do is not aid and abet anyone in committing a crime and you won't have nothing to worry about and it's not worth the penalties to help someone in a crime.
