Can you shoot someone in Texas who is on your property?

In all states including Texas you can only shoot at someone if you're actually in fear of losing your own life.

The person trespassing on your property has to be an actual threat to you or your family before you're allowed to shoot them.

If they're just trespassing and stealing things and are not trying to harm you in the process then you cannot shoot them for that.

They have to either be getting ready to shoot at you or harm you in some other way.
