No you cannot use deadly force to defend any property you have or defend your land.
You can only use deadly force on someone if they're trying to harm or kill you and you have no other choice but to use deadly force on that person.
You have to make darn sure that deadly force is required and you must do so in a split second decision.
If someone is just trying to steal something from you then you cannot use deadly force for that. They have to be trying to harm you or your family before deadly force can be used on someone.
