In most places you can indeed use force but only minimal force to remove someone from your property who is not legally allowed to be there.

You cannot do any harm to the person or cause injury to the person in the removal of the person from your property.

My boyfriend used a tractor one time to remove a persons car off our property when the person did not want to leave.

The cops were called and were watching the whole thing unfold while my boyfriend picked up the guys car with the front end loader and placed it down the street.

The guy was trying to get my boyfriend in trouble but the cop said he couldn't do anything about my boyfriend removing the guys car like that.

Now the guy was not in the car at the time it was being removed but he just moved his car forcefully with the tractor. lol
