For non emergency repairs a landlord has by law in most states a maximum of 30 days in which they have to get the repairs made.

If they haven't made the repairs within 30 days then you might be able to withhold rent from the landlord until they do get the repairs done.

But you need to get things in writing as to when the landlord will have the things repaired that need repaired.

In emergency situations a landlord should typically have things fixed within 24 to 48 hours depending on when they can get some qualified for the repairs such as plumbing problems electrical problems etc.
