Both Isopropyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol are basically the same compound and Ethyl Alcohol is Pure Grain Alcohol.
The only difference really is they're used in different situations. But both Ethyl "Ethanol" Alcohol and Isopropyl are Volatile and colorless liquid.
There's not much difference between the two types of alcohol.
