A few signs that a person is drunk and impaired by alcohol is they will have impaired speech, lose balance, have pupils that are dilated pupils.
The persons eyes may be bloodshot,glassy or even watery. The person may also be careless with their money or have a blank stare or a dazed look.
A person who's intoxicated may also lack focus or concentration and may stumble when they walk or have difficulty walking in a straight line.
