Smoking while using oxygen or an oxygen concentrator should not be done since it could lead to burning of your face and body and even burning you alive in your house.
While oxygen itself is not flammable it does help to spread the flame since fire needs oxygen to burn and your oxygen tank or concentrator supplies that oxygen to help the fire burn.
Plus if you're on oxygen anyway for your health you're making your health worse with smoking while on oxygen.
