Whenever I have a runny nose I use a neti pot with a saline solution to flush out my nose.
The runny nose usually stops within a few hours after using the neti pot to rinse my nose out.
Taking a steamy shower and even using a humidifier can help to clear up a runny nose and be sure to get plenty of rest and stay hydrated.
