If the fleeing and elude is a persons first offense they'll likely receive a fine of $500.00 to $2,000.00 depending on the state and severity of the flee and elude and they'll also likely get one year in jail for fleeing and eluding but sometimes it'll just be the fine but you can get both jail time and a fine.

For a second offense the person can get up to 5 years in prison plus the fines of $1000.00 to $5,000.00 for fleeing and eluding an officer.
