Air fryers are a little healthier than a regular oil deep fryer for cooking fried foods.
But the food is still fried food and you do have to put some oil on the food that is going to be cooked in the air fryer.
Eating too many fried foods whether in an air fryer or a regular oil deep fryer is not good for your heart health or arteries.
Fried foods should still be only eaten in moderation even from an air fryer to stay healthy and avoid heart disease, blocked arteries and high cholesterol.
