Some people say that taxes don't violate the fifth amendment but in my opinion income taxes do violate the fifth amendment since being forced to pay income taxes is a violation of the unreasonable search and seizing of property.

Being forced to pay something or having something forcefully taken from you is a violation of your rights and is just plain theft.

It's really no different than a robber or mugger forcing you to given them your money.

The robbers or muggers in this case is the police who arrest you for not paying income tax or the police who come and seize your property from you when you fail to pay personal property tax.

Same goes for the real estate taxes the police force you off your property and take your home and land from you for not paying some taxes.

I don't care what anyone else thinks but taxation is most certainly theft plain and simple.
