Lysol is a disinfectant since Lysol is to be used to clean surfaces and other inanimate objects.
An antiseptic kills germs as well like disinfectant will but the difference is that antiseptic is used on skin and sores etc where'as the disinfectant that Lysol is is that it's just to be used to clean things and not be applied to skin.
