To get rid of a headache try massaging your neck and your temples.
You can also apply some warmth with a warm towel around your neck to get rid of a headache.
It usually works for me depending on how severe the headache is.
Put the towel or other warm cloth around your neck and the base of your skull to relieve the tension or other headache.
Try resting and closing your eyes as well to relieve the headache.
