If your dog doesn't have a microchip that the dog can be identified through the dog will be quarantined for a full 120 days before being allowed to be released to you.
The dog will also be required to have an OIE-Favn rabies blood test and the blood test must not be more than 3 years old.
The dog must have a blood test drawn at least 120 days before the dogs arrives in Hawaii.
