Angina can lead to a heart attack since Angina is chest pain that is caused when your heart muscles don't get enough oxygen rich blood.

Angina may also feel like squeezing or pressure in your chest and can also be a symptom of coronary microvascular disease.

Angina although can lead to a heart attack it is not always a sign that you're having a heart attack.
