Getting a deep tissue massage is great for getting rid of and helping ease sciatic nerve pain.

Getting a deep tissue massage will help loosen tight muscles and help to prevent irritation and pinching of the nerves.

Having a deep tissue massage can certainly help sciatic nerve pain go away.

I suffer from sciatic nerve pain myself and when it starts to flare up and won't go away I usually go to a massage place and have my body massaged.

When I get a deep tissue massage done for my sciatic nerve pain the nerve pain goes away and stays away for a few months and sometime as long as 6 months.

I do try to get regular deep tissue massages as well though to help get me through the sciatic nerve pain.

It's well worth it and it also melts a lot of pain away as well as helps relax other muscles.

Hello, I wouldn’t recommend either. First ice is a better choice than heat, but the heat might feel better. As far as comforting yourself until you can get to a chiropractor or massage therapist they may work. But neither is a solution. Also, you can buy some equipments pranamat eco
