Yes I've known some Siberian Huskies that will eat cats.
But I've also known some Siberian Huskies that when trained properly they learned to be friendly around the cat.
If you have a cat or cats that you love I would advise you to not get a Siberian Husky or bring A Siberian Husky dog home until it's properly trained and has learned to be friendly with cats.
Most Siberian Huskies do love eating cats.
