If the cause of your eyes watering isn't allergies you can try placing some eye drops in the eyes, or even placing a warm wet towel over your watery eyes.
The warm wet towel will help with water eyes especially if the watery eyes are caused by blocked tear ducts.
If you have an infection of the eye you may need some antibiotics to help get rid of your watery eyes if the above doesn't help.
