Yes it's possible to get headaches from your computer screen.
The crt computer monitors were worse for this but the new lcd screens can also give you headaches if you stare at a computer screen to long.
It's best to take a break from the computer screen and take a walk outside or if it's too cold to do so.
Get up at least and take a look outside your window.
It will really help the eyes and your headache.
