Is milk good for you when you are trying to lose weight?

Drinking milk is supposed to help your body to break down fat efficiently due to the calcium contained in milk.

The calcium contained in milk is supposed to help stimulate weight loss but there's no guarantee that you'll lose weight by just drinking milk.

Milk is a healthy drink to drink anyway though. But to lose weight you need to stick to a good diet and get plenty of exercise to burn off those calories.
