Hypothermia can set in at any temperature if your body temperature drops below 95 F degrees.

You could even get hypothermia in 60 F weather and freeze to death then.

So at any temperature outside especially during winter you could get hypothermia if you don't take breaks and go inside to warm up or you don't keep yourself bundled up in a coat or other warm clothes.
