I'm not a doctor and can't diagnose anyone especially over the computer but it does sound like you may have social anxiety disorder if you hate being around people especially if you hate being around large crowds.
It could also be that you're just shy and that's okay as well. You're certainly not alone in not liking to be around people so no need to feel bad if you do have social anxiety.
