If you want to pee your pants or pee in a diaper without thinking about it then you can do what I did.
Whenever I felt the slightest urge to pee I would just start peeing in my diaper. I would not hold the pee back at all.
As soon as a little pee was felt in my bladder I would start peeing the diaper. Now that I've starting peeing without holding it my bladder has seemed to weaken and now I must wear diapers 24/7 otherwise I would wet my pants before I got to a toilet.
I love wearing my diapers 24/7 and wetting in them and don't miss using the toilet anymore.
Just be sure that you can afford the cost of the diapers for everyday wear because the cost can add up.
