If you're having shoulder pain and arm numbness at the same time it's likely due to pinched nerves or even compressed nerves and blood vessels.
Usually the shoulder pain and arm numbness will go away on it's own within a few hours but if not you should go to the doctor as soon as you can to have them check for any other problems that might exist but usually it's nothing to worry about.
