Can you get sepsis from an infected tooth?

If the tooth infection gets serious enough and causes bacteria to move out of the tooth to the bone or tissue below it then that can lead to you getting infected with Sepsis.

If the tooth infection doesn't clear up on it's own with home remedies or pain medicine then you need to get to a dentist to make sure it isn't a serious infection that could lead to you developing sepsis from the infected tooth.

Tooth infections can cause severe health problems and shouldn't be ignored.
