What does 0½ Baths mean?

I'm looking at apartment listings and on one apartment listing it says 0/12 baths.

What Does this mean?

It means that the apartment only has a half bath. A half bath is a bathroom that contains only a sink and toilet and no shower.

Which would be odd. It should have a shower in the apartment bathroom. If not I'd look elsewhere.

Of course it could mean that it has only a toilet and a shower or bathtub and no sink.

I'd ask the owner of the apartment to be sure.
