I've heard that prolonged diaper use can make you incontinent if you learn to just wet yourself without holding the urine back.
That could work. So whenever you have the slightest urge to pee just let it out instead of holding it back. Eventually you may weaken your bladder muscles enough to where you'll be able to wet your diaper without thinking about it.
That would then allow you to become dependant on your diapers and you'd then have to wear your diapers 24/7.
