I have a Verizon Cell Phone and it works fine in my house, but whenever I try to talk on it from my friends mobile home the calls drop and I lose signal until I go back outside and it's in the same town I live in.

Why does a mobile home affect my cell phone signal?

It's not the mobile home itself causing it. If the mobile home is sided with aluminum then that's the problem.

I had that problem when I lived in an aluminum sided mobile home.

Moved into one without aluminum siding and never got those dropped calls. Tin siding can also cause this issue.

The problem is likely to do with the siding on the mobile home.

My parents live in an aluminum sided mobile home and experience the same problem.
