Based on the sale price of homes in Malibu Colony Beach costing $13 million dollars.
I would have to say Malibu Colony Beach is the most expensive neighborhood in Los Angeles California.
Although I could be wrong and there might be more expensive neighborhoods in Los Angeles but that's the only one I know of being the most expensive.
