So as soon as you get the lice or notice you or your child has lice use the vinegar right away to wash the hair and comb the lice out of the hair.
Using apple Cider Vinegar will also kill and get rid of head lice and it will help to lift the lice out of your hair.
Another home remedy for killing head lice is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is a natural insecticide that you can put in your hair to kill off head lice.
