How long do you have to sit in front of a sad light?

For a sad light to help with depression how long do you have to sit in front of the sad light per day?

To get the full effects and results from a sad light you should sit in front of the sad therapy light for 30 minutes in the morning and another 30 minutes in the evening.

If you work at home it's a good idea to have the sad light on near you while working so you can get the best results.
