Chase will charge a fee of $6.00 to cash the check at their bank if you don't have an account with Chase Bank.
However the check you're trying to cash with Chase Bank must be drawn from another Chase Bank account for them to cash the check without a checking or savings account with them.
If you don't have a checking or savings account with Chase Bank and the check is from another bank then Chase Bank or any other banks will not cash the check even if you can pay a fee.
