Aloe Vera Can be eaten by humans and is considered a super food and Aloe Vera is also found in some beverages but it can cause stomach and digestive problems including stomach cramps and diarrhea.
It's not poisonous to humans but the Aloe Vera Plant when eaten can cause you to get sick if your stomach or body doesn't agree with the Aloe Vera Plant.
