For waves, v=frequency x wavelength
For sound waves, raising the frequency or wavelength will increase the speed.
Electromagnetic (Light) waves have a set speed of 300000000 m/s.

So, raising the frequency will lower the wavelength and vice-versa but the speed is constant.
