How many miles should you walk in a day to stay healthy?

To stay healthy and fit how many miles should a person walk per day?

To to stay really healthy and fit you should aim to walk at least 2 miles per day.

Walking only 1 mile per day is also good to keep you healthy and fit but if possible 2 miles per day is much better to walk.
