Brushing your dogs teeth every 3 days is usually good enough to get rid of your dogs bad breath and to keep their gums and teeth healthy.

You can take them in for a cleaning at the vet though and have the vet clean the dogs teeth and you should only need to have the vet clean the dogs teeth once per year.
