How can I get rid of the flu fast?

I'm starting to come down with the flu. My throat is getting scratchy and my muscles are starting to ache.

How can I stop this flu before I fully get it. I'm already feeling miserable and I hate to miss work.

There's really no cure for the flu. But you can take some cold pills to help with the symptoms.

If you have too. Call in sick for work and try and get some rest.

Rest is best for the flu.

The only cure is to rest, drink plenty of fluids and wait about a week or 10 days and it should be gone.

I'm just starting to get over the flu myself.
