Before filing a dispute or doing a charge back make sure you contact the seller to see if they will resolve the problem.

Normal shipping times can be up to 7 business days once the seller ships the item. If you have a tracking number then it will be easier to file the dispute should the item never show up at your door.

After 7 days and you don't receive the item you paid for then contact the seller or company you bought the merchandise from to see if they will resolve the problem.

If you still haven't received the item after 2 weeks then it's time to dispute the charges but only if the tracking number and info says it still hasn't been delivered.

If the tracking number and info says the item was delivered and you didn't receive it then the dispute likely won't be in your favor since someone could've stolen the package which isn't the sellers fault.
