If the keyboard you're using is an external keyboard on a desktop or laptop then it's likely that the keyboard is just wore out or it's dirty and causing the keys to stick.
If it's dirty I would just go to Walmart and pick up a new cheap one for around $11.00 instead of trying to clean it.
