Are breakfast smoothies good for weight loss?

Will drinking breakfast smoothies every morning help me lose weight?

I've lost weight by drinking breakfast smoothies every morning and by exercising by running on the treadmill or running and jogging around town when the weather is nice.

Breakfast smoothies are healthy for you and can help you lose weight but you must exercise regularly as well.
