You can use a 43 Inch HDTV or any other size TV as a computer monitor by hooking the TV to your computer using HDMI inputs on your TV and the HDMI outputs on your computer.
Then just switch your TV to the HDMI input signal and everything on your computer should show up just fine on your HDTV.
