Normally you should be pooping at least every 3 days but sometimes you can go up to a week without pooping and there's nothing wrong with that.
Everybody is different. So it could be normal for you to only poop once per week while others poop more often.
How often you poop will also depend on how much fiber you eat in your diet. The less fiber you eat the less often you'll poop and the more fiber in your diet the more often you should poop.
